In today’s society our relationship with food has come down to more of a necessity rather than a creative form of sexual desire and expression.  Supermarket shelves are packed with functional foods pre portioned pre made for quick easy consumption, they say this is to aid the stresses in our lives and allow us more time for what is important to us

It is suggested that a diet consisting of a variety of fresh, wholesome fruits and vegetables, and lean proteins, will aid in a lifetime of sensual erotic sex. Complex carbohydrates should be the centerpiece of a healthy sex diet, with lean proteins comprising about 20% to 30% of daily calories, advises Chris Meletis, N.D., chief medical officer at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine. Meals  that are rich in fruits and vegetables provide essential nutrients that maintain the human organs to function correctly  and energy at maximum levels, both of which are essential for lovemaking.
