Human sexuality is one of the greatest gifts of life.
It is not just to create offspring it is also a source of great joy and pleasure, even a potent tool for spiritual transformation and self-discovery. The energies of sex are not confined to the physical, but can be used on the emotional and spiritual planes as well. Learning to express our unique sexual nature is something we are not encouraged to do, yet it is vital for our own wholeness that we learn the art and embrace our sexualilty.
